Founded in 1980 by Jim and Connie DiSalvo, ABS was originally launched as print distributor, servicing local Western New York companies and specializing in Forms Management. Seeing the opportunity to create a consultative approach, Jim and Connie helped organizations navigate through the confusion of two part, three part or continuous business forms that made up the industry at that time. With over a decade of previous print-industry experience, they excelled almost immediately.
In the 90s ABS became an early adopter of black only Digital Printing and expanded more into the manufacturing side of printing, and remains on the cutting edge of the industry today. With new technology in hand, ABS grew alongside some of its largest clients, and built a strong foundation in the Customer Communications segment of the printing world.
Still a family owned business, ABS is constantly searching out new opportunities, partnerships and technologies. In 2007 ABS expanded to Digital Color printing, and expanded yet again in 2015 has entered into the electronic communications sector with personalized landing pages (PURLS), email campaigns and website design, continually growing its portfolio of clients in the marketing sector and beyond.
