NY Tax Bill Inserts Questionnaire – For insert printing requiring more than 8,000 pieces of the same insert
Thank you for providing valuable insert information for the upcoming Town & County tax cycle. This questionnaire is designed to gather essential information about your insert needs, ensuring we have the necessary supplies in stock and can utilize the best printing method to produce your inserts economically and efficiently.
Please fill out and submit the form below for each of your municipalities that require MORE THAN 8,000 of the same inserts for 2025 Town & County tax bills. Information for all other inserts (including stuffers, #9 Envelopes, and 1/3 sheets) will be gathered on the InFocus form available at our PT Portal website.
For counties/municipalities that DO NOT RQUIRE AN INSERT you do not need to fill out this form. Your insert information and all other information will be captured on our InFocus form.
If you have any tax bill design updates that have not been communicated to us for the upcoming cycle, please email sales@absmail.com with your requested changes after filling out the questionnaire. All tax bill design update requests should be made 3-4 weeks prior to your mail date if possible.
